Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our hospital team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our hospital's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hospital goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage hospital operations, including clinical and non-clinical areas
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
  • Develop and manage hospital budgets and financial plans
  • Lead and manage hospital quality and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital leadership or management
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
