About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven student to join our Customer Operations team as a Customer Operations Intern. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Customer Service change management deliverables for designated initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Operational Readiness team to support Customer Service change management deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions.
Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
