Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing initiatives by ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate intake routing, roadmap planning, and lead select meetings including intake/prioritization reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage assets, templates, and brand guidelines for the Enterprise Marketing and Creative Strategy team.
  • Act as a liaison to integrate and manage assets/workflow into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system led by MOPS.
  • Provide advisory support for print production and direct mail activities, engaging with vendors to improve production and distribution efficiencies.
  • Oversee the Merchandise store for Enterprise Marketing, ensuring inventory levels and accessibility.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations or project coordination within a marketing department.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Experience in managing vendors for print production and direct mail.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of increasing operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage marketing assets and inventory effectively.
