JOB SUMMARY
This role is pivotal in overseeing the financial integrity of the company's Affiliates by managing and supervising the recording of all financial transactions, ensuring the precision of financial ledgers, and delivering timely and accurate management reports. The position encompasses financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and budgeting for designated Affiliates. Additionally, it serves as a consultant for financial, accounting, and research matters pertinent to the Affiliates. The role includes participation in due diligence and technical evaluations for current strategic investments, proposed ventures, and special projects associated with Affiliates.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee and manage the financial reporting for the assigned affiliate entities, including the timely filing of necessary tax documents.
- Assist in the monthly preparation of consolidated financial statements for the organization.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts for assigned entities, utilizing inputs gathered from partner meetings.
- Support the annual financial statement audit process.
- Supervise risk control assessments of key operational activities and evaluate internal controls related to financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial impact analyses to senior management, including financial assessments to support entity expansions, the establishment of financial best practices, and new investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance and recommend ongoing enhancements to standardized administrative processes for the Affiliates.
- Collaborate with affiliate operations team members, company personnel, and management on various operational and financial matters.
- Establish financial frameworks for new affiliate companies.
- Provide oversight and support for affiliates' vehicle and equipment leasing activities.
- Act as Assistant Treasurer on select boards.
- Serve as a resource or consultant to the Affiliates in assessing accounting, tax, financial reporting, and business matters concerning existing or proposed arrangements and entity structures.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance with a minimum of two years of accounting emphasis is required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
- Three to five years of accounting experience is essential.
- Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) designation and/or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation is preferred.
- Familiarity with AS400 is advantageous.
