Job Title: Merchandising Lead

The primary objective of the Merchandising Lead is to provide exceptional service to customers by ensuring proper stock levels, display, and rotation at large format retailers. This role also involves supporting the Merchandising Manager with training and off-day coverage.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Expectations: Provide assistance to Merchandisers based on geography and footprint to maximize service, communication, and engagement.
  • Execution: Maintain records for compliance with internal policies, execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes, and evaluate competitors' activities.
  • Building Success: Collaborate with the sales team to execute new programs, work collaboratively across the organization, and lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Prior merchandising experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid US Driver's License
  • Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
  • English; additional languages an advantage
  • Travel 0-10%
