Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Associate to enhance our Federal Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ various communication techniques to effectively reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients to devise and implement communication strategies aligned with their objectives.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, including interactions with C-level executives, while establishing credible relationships.
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify and address complex client challenges.
- Assist in the creation of communication materials that facilitate transformation goals and the adoption of new technologies or processes.
- Lead or assist in the formulation of communication plans, which include stakeholder analysis, content creation, and strategic communication approaches.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in strategic communications.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with federal departments or agencies, or in the private sector, focusing on the development and execution of strategic communication documents such as talking points, briefings, and white papers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support firm engagements.
- U.S. citizenship is required, along with an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance.
