Role Overview
As our inaugural Growth Lead, you will spearhead our business development initiatives. Your primary objective will be to pinpoint high-potential leads and channels, implement effective outreach strategies, and secure engagements with key decision-makers. Your contributions will be vital in propelling our company's expansion by creatively engaging prospects and converting them into dedicated customers.
We prefer this role to be hybrid/in-person at our office, but we are open to remote work arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification & Management: Discover, qualify, and oversee leads across diverse channels, guiding them through the sales pipeline.
- Sales and Growth Strategy: Design, enhance, and execute outreach strategies that capture interest and stimulate customer growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and delivering customized solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the founders to refine messaging, optimize outreach efforts, and align growth strategies with revenue objectives.
- Pipeline Oversight: Keep the CRM updated with precise information, tracking lead status, deal progression, and customer feedback.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and insights to continuously enhance outreach effectiveness and drive improved conversion rates.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4+ years in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within a startup or B2B SaaS context.

- Industry Insight: Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or a related sector is advantageous.
