Account Director

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and extended teams to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
- Lead project teams and work with Government clients to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Engage in meaningful discussions with clients and partners to formulate action plans and drive business growth.
- Champion the agency perspective convincingly with Clients, providing persuasive and articulate communication of work and ideas.
- Translate client requests into insightful recommendations and solutions, maintaining strategic and creative integrity throughout execution.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring seamless project delivery and high-quality results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop confident presentation skills and engage clients effectively.
- Demonstrated account leadership, initiative, and willingness to assume greater responsibility.
- College degree required.
- 7+ years of agency experience, with Government client experience preferred.
