Overview

Novant Health is seeking a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) to join our team at Kernersville Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized respiratory plans of care. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care that promotes optimal health and well-being.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a signing bonus up to $15,000 at qualifying locations, and relocation reimbursement up to $7,500 at qualifying locations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED, and a 2-Year / Associate Degree in a related field. Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state is also required. We value diversity and inclusion, and we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
