Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse Ambulatory Specialist Lead at Novant Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care in our physician practices. This leadership position requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Providers to prepare patients for medical exams, assessments, and telephone triage
• Work in partnership with the clinic administrator to implement and achieve NHMG goals
• Organize and direct the clinical environment to ensure effective care delivery
• Coordinate teams to provide quality patient care

Requirements

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, required
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required
• Excellent human relation skills, effective oral and written communication skills, leadership and problem-solving skills, and ability to operate a personal computer
