We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist II to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive respiratory care plans to promote optimal health and well-being.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate respiratory care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and self-management of respiratory conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
