Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the relevant specialty is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid LPN licensure in the appropriate state is essential.
  • Additional Skills: Must successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency assessments. Ability to interpret information to determine each patient's care requirements based on their age-specific needs. Knowledge and skills necessary to adapt care according to the patient's age.
