Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Join Azul Hospitality as a Front Desk Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires excellent leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate Front Desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Monitor and respond to guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenues and occupancy rates
  • Train and develop Front Desk staff to meet hotel standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, loyalty programs, and brand standards
