Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at Courtyard Detroit Downtown. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Desk team in achieving guest satisfaction and operational goals
  • Assist with financial and administrative responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest service and front desk operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Provide guidance and training to front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
