Key Responsibilities- Support the Front Desk team in providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints
- Assist with daily Front Desk shift operations, including managing front desk staff, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and processing payments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Monitor and analyze Front Desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
