Job Description:
Lorven Technologies is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the Chief of Medical Services and assisting with daily administrative operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief of Medical Services, including coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Assisting with daily administrative operations, including answering phone calls and sorting mail
  • Ensuring compliance with DOH policies and procedures
  • Coordinating meetings, including scheduling meeting rooms and preparing agendas
  • Attending staff meetings as required

Compensation and Benefits:
Lorven Technologies offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $55,000 - $75,000 annual salary, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
