Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to its growth and success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Management: Process records related to monitoring, delinquencies, elevator companies, professional credentialing, and change of record forms.
  • Inspection Processing: Verify completion and submit inspection records for licensure approval or conduct further research as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to inspectors and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Prepare correspondence, emails, and faxes, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Two Years of General Office Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
