Brand Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Sales Manager to join our team at AVE by Korman Communities. As a Brand Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers in the local market, including country clubs, hotels, retail, fine dining, realtors, chambers, and business associations.

Your primary goal will be to create brand awareness for AVE's flexible-stay furnished apartment offering and luxury long-term apartments. You will independently generate new business opportunities through cold calling, research, outreach, and networking.

You will also be responsible for creating a referral program and/or partnership program that extends beyond the property into the neighborhood, providing residents with perks, discounts, and freebies. This will help increase brand awareness in your market.

Collaboration with the Leasing Managers is essential to further develop our resident events with neighborhood partners. You will also partner with Business Development Managers as an extension of the furnished sales team, creating leads and referrals.

As a Brand Sales Manager, you will represent AVE at networking opportunities, both on property and off-site, to create brand awareness and business opportunities. This may include chamber and industry events.

You will use our contact management system to keep track of leads, sales opportunities, and sales activities. Participation in team sales meetings and marketing programs is also required.

Understanding resident profiles and exploring marketing/advertising opportunities in your local markets to generate leads, working closely with the brand marketing team, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
