About the Role

The Savannah College of Art and Design is seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Academic Leadership: Work closely with academic leadership, hiring committees, and human resources to determine faculty needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Source Top Talent: Utilize direct sourcing and networking strategies to identify and attract top candidates for faculty positions.
  • Develop and Maintain Contacts: Establish and maintain relationships with academic professionals, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in higher education recruitment.
  • Manage Recruitment Processes: Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including writing and editing recruitment ads, managing applicant flow, and coordinating on-campus visits.
  • Evaluate and Select Candidates: Work with hiring committees to evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations for selection.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in human resources or higher education recruitment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
