Job Title: Vendor Acquisition Manager

Join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands as a Vendor Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, scouting, and compelling vendors across the nation to become part of our network of vendors. You will engage with them via phone calls to showcase the benefits of our RepoSystems technology and pricing model.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to potential repo vendors across the country, effectively communicating the benefits of partnering with us and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Utilize a variety of strategies to attract and engage potential vendors, including phone calls, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and scout quality repo vendors, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with lenders and other stakeholders to identify potential vendors and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, follow-up activities, and progress towards acquisition goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between potential vendors and the Vendor Relationship Manager, facilitating a seamless handoff process post-acquisition.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Meet or exceed acquisition targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a high-volume call center environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of repo systems or repossession business is a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum two year experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract and acquire potential vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with regular in-office attendance and travel.
