Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team. This role will work closely with the Clinical Recruiter to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment for defined clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates with hiring managers.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and updates.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Recruiter to understand current and future hiring needs and conduct deep assessments to ensure candidates meet the organization's clinical and professional standards.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other creative strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified clinical candidates for current and future openings.
  • Maintain candidate information, application statuses, interview feedback, outcomes, and offers in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay proactive in building relationships with passive candidates for long-term recruitment needs.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume clinical recruitment, ideally with a start-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Passion for women's health and a commitment to Allara Health's mission.
