Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative duties, supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including package shipments
- Coordinate office equipment service and maintenance with vendors
- Keep the reception area and conference rooms clean and organized
- Assist leadership with expense reporting
- Help with employee onboarding, including setting up workspaces and computers
- Organize and scan documents
- Help plan and coordinate office events like company holiday parties
- Offer refreshments to clients and ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist with security access and manage employee access cards
- Work with the IT team on basic technical support when needed
- Organize office moves and staff relocations
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those eager to start their careers
- Previous office administrative experience preferred
- Client-facing experience (experience in retail or restaurant settings is a plus)
- Familiarity with handling expense reports
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Type: Temp to Hire (3 month contract with potential to convert to direct hire)
