Job Summary:

Full Life Hawaii is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employment Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Employment Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-employment transition services for students with disabilities, including outreach to high schools and collaboration with DVR counselors.
  • Develop and provide reports to DVR staff, handle invoicing and billing, and ensure timely intake and service delivery.
  • Provide job coaching, develop and provide trial work experiences, and ensure quality care for the persons served.
  • Maintain all Full Life properties in an organized, clean, and working order.
  • Develop and implement instruction for self-advocacy, work readiness training, job exploration counseling, and post-secondary education options.
  • Develop community partnerships, ensure contract compliance, and collaborate with DVR staff.
  • Support the delivery of developmental disabilities discovery career planning and individual employment services programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school is required. A degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Current TB clearance;
  • Current CPR & First Aid clearance,
  • No history/conviction of abuse, neglect, theft, or other job-related crimes;
  • Must meet Full Life requirements for drug test & criminal background/records check;
  • Valid health certificate to meet current funding jurisdiction requirements; and
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with valid automobile insurance is required.
