Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their policies and coverage
  • Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
