Project Management Role at Digitas

We're seeking a seasoned Project Management Director to join our team at Digitas. As a key member of our Project Management capability, you will play a critical role in enabling and executing great work in the smartest way possible.

About the Role

  • Collaborate and lead complex cross-capability projects and integrated program management
  • Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure client understanding of project flow and due dates
  • Produce top-down and bottom-up scopes, project schedules, resource plans, and risk & change management plans
  • Participate in new business RFI or RFP requests
  • Develop and lead management, leadership, and effective communication trainings
  • Contribute to proper training and onboarding processes for new team members
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Set goals for yourself and manage multiple direct reports to set goals and conduct regular reviews
  • Set up projects and programs for success, ensuring the right team, proper planning, and client alignment
  • Keep clients and internal teams moving in the same direction
  • Effectively handle risk, escalate when needed, and assist the team in resolution
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies

About You

What You'll Do
