About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effectively market the company and its services to customers, promoting a positive experience.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
  • Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, and supply maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • At least 2 years prior customer service or retail support experience.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
