We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and sales representatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Communicate with customers to resolve product and service issues
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to resolve concerns
  • Collaborate with production coordinators to provide product information
  • Place purchase orders for tile, wood, stone, and other masonry products

  • Assist with sample orders and verifying material from vendors
  • Enter sales orders and sales transfers into the system

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (JDE experience preferred)
