Job Title: Guest Services Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests, and supporting the sales department with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and receptive environment for guests, answering phone calls, and directing customers to the appropriate person or department.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log, track and filter incoming calls, and reconcile data entry with dealership software.
  • Reporting: Produce Daily Reports, including the Daily Update, Performance Metric, and other core Guest Services reports.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and comfortable environment, including the showroom and outdoor sales lot.
  • Training and Development: Participate in required training, provide new hire Customer Management training, and maintain CSI at or above Company standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience desired.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products, and ability to learn Dealership Management System and web-based applications.

Work Environment: This position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The employee will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with customers and employees.
