About the Role

The Regional Vice President of Operations - Central Division will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence within the region. This individual will be integral in maintaining partner relationships, supporting high-level business reviews with senior partners, and ensuring client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and operational excellence within the region.

  • Participate in bi-monthly meetings with partners to review business needs and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and participate in formal annual client presentations reviewing year-end and look-forward for each business within the region.
  • Partner with the Strategic Alliance Group to build and maintain a robust retention plan.
  • Focus on business renewals, special projects, and seeking new business streams and new client relationships.
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol management standards and protocols are in place within the region.
  • Use the Company recognition framework to celebrate achievements, performance, and personal events.
  • Ensure open communication and understanding between Home Office disciplines and operations.
  • Promote and instill Levy philosophies and business standards throughout all levels of management within the region.
  • Promote a team-building and cooperative work environment that maximizes productivity and morale within the region.
  • Own the interview and selection process for new location leaders.
  • Support the Talent Review and succession planning processes to ensure plans are in place to meet regional staffing needs.
  • Utilize development plans for leadership team to cultivate continual growth and advancement.
  • Work with New Business and Finance for new account and renewal business deal buyoff.
  • Develop a strategic framework to grow and enhance revenues at locations within the region.
  • Encourage and propose innovative and creative ideas that drive incremental sales and organic growth.
  • Ensure full compliance and execution of all Home Office initiatives, procedures, and core signature standards.
  • Ensure 'show quality' aspects of all locations within the region.
  • Develop and communicate a long-term strategic plan for the region.
  • Strategically drive the region to provide creative and innovative ideas to enhance all operations.
  • Support the implementation of new Company initiatives to ensure proper introduction and execution.
  • Ensure complete compliance with all aspects of financial and risk controls within the region.
  • Partner with Regional Finance team in the development of appropriate and accurate budgets to ensure all operations within the region meet Company and client expectations.
  • Responsible for the forecast process by reviewing operational unit forecasts to ensure accuracy of monthly projections and going out number for key statistics such as sales, PBITDAR, and PBIT.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five to seven years of multi-account management as District/Regional Manager or above.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience in the food service industry, including a vast knowledge of establishing client relations and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Expertise in the P&L impact and accounting practices.
  • Possess excellent training and development skills and extensive opening experience of new accounts (requires presentation skills where revenue-generating ideas and/or menu tastings are presented and discussed).
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to travel as needed for division needs.
