About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to lead our sales team in the Chicago area. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead a team of up to 8 Directors of Strategic Accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for regional accounts in collaboration with Tanium's Partner and Channel resources.
  • Maintain awareness of contractual obligations and facilitate customer meetings and communications as needed.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling to named accounts within the territory.
  • 5-10+ years of proven sales leadership experience with a reputable software company.
  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment.
  • History of exceptional quota attainment.
  • Knowledge and passion for reporting metrics and closing deals.
  • Enterprise sales experience with a rolodex of decision makers.
  • 'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to achieve above quota performance.
  • Prior startup experience, especially being one of the first salespeople into an organization.

What We Offer
  • Annual base salary range: $100,000 to $300,000.
