About the Role:

S&C Electric is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast Region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in the electric power systems industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership with strong skills in leading end-to-end regional sales strategies
  • Expert knowledge of electrical power systems and sales leadership within the industry
  • Advanced knowledge of sales, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
