  • Strategic Planning and Management:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of facilities and installer projects.

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure the maintenance and repair of all company facilities to high standards of safety, efficiency, and appearance.
    • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs.
    • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for facilities management.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities management team.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and accountability within the facilities team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all facilities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • Oversee the selection and management of external contractors and service providers.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

    • Promote and implement sustainable practices in facilities management.
    • Identify and integrate innovative technologies and practices to enhance facilities operations.
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the company's facilities at the forefront of efficiency and effectiveness.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-unit large-scale facilities and leading diverse teams.
    • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development and management.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation within a facilities management function.
    • Ability to travel 50% of the time to park locations and leadership meetings.
    Compensation

$140-170k + bonus based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match.
