Job Summary

Denver Public Schools is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the school facilities, including grounds care and minor repairs.
  • Ensure the effective use of staff time and district materials and equipment.
  • Manage the budget for assigned facilities and ensure effective fiscal management.
  • Enforce labor agreements and departmental procedures and rules.
  • Responsible for the physical safety and security of assigned facilities and occupants.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service oriented environment
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
