Job Description

As a General Manager at Aramark, you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of multiple contracted services for clients, generating significant revenue to meet operating and financial goals. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing strategies to drive employee and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operations experts to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Manage client and community relationships, assessing operations and developing plans to optimize service delivery.
  • Build and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth, based on operational needs and contractual obligations.
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets and optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Aramark's standards of operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • Proven ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building a strong business.
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to lead through other managers.
  • Experience in creating and managing department budgets, financial controls, and analysis.
