Account Executive Job Description

RJ Young is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through daily prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Territory Management: Plan and manage your daily activities, territory, and database to maximize sales potential.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Develop and maintain expertise in our products and services, including copier/multi-functional printers, managed print services, wide format, high volume, software, and technology solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying and providing solutions to their business problems.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage conflicts with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or higher required; Associates Degree in Business Administration or higher preferred; Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or higher preferred.
