Role Overview

Are you equipped to excel as a Retail Account Management Specialist with Acosta?

If this resonates with you, this role could be an excellent match. In this capacity, you will focus on boosting sales performance through optimal product placement and availability for Gillette products.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, enhancing the visibility of Gillette products, addressing stock shortages, merchandising, and leveraging data to identify challenges and implement strategic solutions across a territory of up to 40 retail locations (a valid driver's license is required). Travel and mileage reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred
  • Strong track record in relationship development and problem-solving to drive sales
  • Enthusiasm and determination to tackle shelf availability challenges daily
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues and executing solutions at the store level
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, along with resilience and adaptability
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a degree is preferred
