Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and services.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum three years relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Two years management/supervisory experience preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- ACLS certification as applicable by facility/department.
- PALS/NRP certification required for certain clinical areas.
- Certified in Cardiovascular care.
- Experience in Special Care (Level 2 EQ) Nursery.
- Certified in ER, ICU, or other relevant areas.
