Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Cardiac Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function, with a focus on cardiac care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs
- Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
- Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor staff
Requirements
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification (as applicable by Facility/by Department)
- Minimum two years relevant clinical nursing experience
- Management experience with two years supervisory (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree
- Certification in specialty area of practice
