Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Case Manager to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing patient throughput from admission through discharge for assigned patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct review for clinical appropriateness and level of care using evidence-based criteria
  • Work with payers to authorize care
  • Manage patient throughput from admission through discharge

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona
  • Minimum 3 years acute care hospital experience required and one to two years case management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • 3 years experience in Case Management, Utilization Management or Discharge Planning, in acute care
  • Certified Case Manager, CCM or Accredited Case Manager, ACM
