RN Manager PreOp PACU FT Days

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking a skilled RN Manager to lead our PreOp PACU team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring excellent patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum three years of relevant clinical nursing experience, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Two years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
- CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications may be required depending on the department.
- Certified in a relevant specialty, such as CCRN, PCCN, or CEN.
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
