Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team at Magnet Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitate quotes and submit them to clients in a timely manner.
  • Respond to email requests and voicemails in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Research and handle client claims in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Process orders and update order tracking to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Generate re-do orders and resolve any issues related to order status.
  • Enter client sample requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Cross-train with peer roles to expand skills and knowledge.
  • Follow up on order holds and respond to website chat requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one to three years of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Good business skills, sales and marketing background, and data entry skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service ability.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with minimal supervision.
Work Environment

Our office is a climate-controlled environment that promotes a comfortable and productive work atmosphere.

Physical Demands

The associate will be required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, talk, hear, reach, grasp with hands, feel, and sit frequently. Occasionally, the associate may need to kneel, push, and pull to move objects. The associate must exert up to 5 pounds of force occasionally and/or a light amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
