Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our team at Rocket Software. As a key member of our Customer Success Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and understand product usage for assigned customers
  • Take ownership and coordination of Customer Risks and follow up actions
  • Work within the Gainsight platform to ensure all customer inputs are addressed
  • Learn about Rocket's products, customer base, and processes
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams within Rocket to provide for our Customer's needs and foster positive experiences
  • Develop follow up for customer relationship building and develop an understanding of our customers business in relation to their usage of Rocket products
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Portuguese and Spanish language skills
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support)
