Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel, preferably with a background in food and beverage.
  • Strong financial management skills with a proven track record in budget oversight, revenue management, and expense control.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; adept at engaging effectively with your team and stakeholders.
