Position Overview: We are currently in search of a HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER. While we maintain a relaxed atmosphere, we hold the cleanliness of our facilities in the highest regard. The Housekeeping Team Leader is tasked with overseeing, mentoring, and training our room and housekeeping attendants. This role is crucial in ensuring that all tasks are executed to the exceptional standards set by Pineapple Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities: As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you can expect to engage in the following activities:

  • Acting as the lead for the entire housekeeping team, including delegating and evaluating tasks.
  • Managing essential duties such as maintaining staff schedules, inspecting and approving cleanliness in public areas and guest rooms, ensuring prompt turnover of checkout rooms, and interacting courteously with hotel guests.
  • Providing training and support to housekeeping staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental expectations.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess the following:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred one year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.
  • Ability to contribute positively to a collaborative and diverse team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Competence in fulfilling requests thoroughly and promptly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a business context.
