Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brea, CA.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a medical equipment manufacturer and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and live close to the Brea, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and employee exits.
  • Administer payroll system reporting and processing of payroll semi-monthly.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with employee training and education, safety, and performance evaluation programs.
  • Research, review, maintain, and renew company benefit packages.
  • Align HR programs and objectives with headquarters in Korea and provide necessary HR data and information.
  • Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in payroll system administration.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
