Senior Sales Professional

As a seasoned sales professional, you will work closely with our Principles and Client Experience Team to leverage their established credibility and relationships, integrating them into your sales approach to enhance client engagement and drive expansion efforts designed to build your sales pipeline and achieve expansion sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, professional presentations, RFP submission, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with HdL's Operations and Management teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
- Adhere to all HdL Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track your territory's sales pipeline and maintain up-to-date information on all assigned accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
Key qualifications include strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills, as well as experience with sales automation and CRM tools. A Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field is required, along with ~2 years' experience selling in a quota-driven sales organization.
