We are seeking a skilled Roofing Sales Representative to join our team at Doug Brue Construction.

We strive to provide exceptional value to property owners by offering a range of services, from general contracting to specialized trade contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Run provided lead appointments and conduct cold calls to prospective customers.
- Document damage via pictures, measurements, and notes, and provide professional roofing and construction estimates.
- Act as insurance claim consultants for homeowners in storm-damaged areas.
- Generate business through door knocking, running leads, and referrals.
- Collect signed agreements with payment to start projects and provide proper documentation to the inside production team.
- Be present at roofing projects to answer customer questions and offer services to neighbors.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in sales.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Ability to carry and climb a ladder, and not afraid of heights.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
