Job Summary

The Optical Sales Professional is responsible for delivering an exceptional optical experience for our guests by combining their knowledge, skills, and personality with the guests' needs and our high-quality fashion brands.

Main Responsibilities

Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives through building strong relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones.
Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings that meet our guests' needs.
Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a quickly changing environment.
