Neuroscience Account Manager Opportunity

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving demand creation and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet the needs of each customer
  • Provide clinical knowledge and support to customers, including psychiatrists, neurologists, and institutional accounts
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deploy approved services and meet customer needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust direction to maximize sales performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in CNS/neuroscience sales
  • Documented successful sales performance and national sales awards
  • Experience in product launches and driving results in a challenging market

Travel Requirements:

Up to 30-40% domestic travel to meet with customers and internal personnel, attend conferences and meetings, and participate in product launches.
