Neuroscience Sales Professional

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving demand creation and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet the needs of each customer
- Provide clinical knowledge and support to customers, including psychiatrists, neurologists, and institutional accounts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deploy approved services and meet customer needs
- Monitor progress and adjust direction to maximize sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in CNS/neuroscience sales
- Documented successful sales performance and national sales awards
- Experience in product launches and driving results in a challenging market
Travel Requirements:
Up to 30-40% domestic travel to meet with customers and internal personnel, attend conferences and meetings, and participate in product launches.
