Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Residence Inn Atlanta Downtown. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process payments and handle cash handling and credit policies with precision.
  • Stay up-to-date on all hotel rates, packages, and promotions, and be able to communicate these effectively to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
